The Leamon Ambulance Service has served the Lena area since the early 20's. We were the first rural Ambulance service to provide Paramedic, Intermediate and Basic levels of training in the State of Illinois. Paramedics may perform cardiac monitoring, administer medications while being in direct radio contact with physicians and hospitals. Advance care during transportation could be the difference between life and death. We are on call 24 hrs a day.
